Which are the payment options?

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
BARBÓRA JEWELLERY reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Product Exchange
Items can be exchanged for a different size/color or an alternative style, within 14 working days. Earrings and special customized enquiries cannot be exchanged.
Refund
Refunds will be processed only in the case of our faulty within 14 working days. You will need to return the product in its initial situation and package within 14 working days. After checking the returning product, we will refund you. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card or bank account used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
How do I return an order?
Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt. Items must be returned in the original sealed and unopened packaging. Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. We allow the refund of a product only in the case of a faulty. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.
