Which shipping companies do you do business with?
For shipments within Greece, our company collaborates with the ACS Courier Services. To serve the needs of our international customers we collaborate with DHL.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
Free Shipping in Greece is for orders over 75 euros. For orders under 75 euros there is a flat fee of 3 euros, around Greece.
For orders under 75 euros, the fees are according to the destination.

Unfortunately, for orders outside the EU, your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.
All orders ship out within 10 business days of ordering pending product availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped we estimate delivery within 5 maximum business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible.
Please note we do not process or ship on weekends or national holidays.
